Character Rigging & Animation
For this parody-style commercial inspired by Star Wars, I was responsible for the full creation and animation of a custom character based on Darth Vader. I began by producing original character drawings, which I later used to build a 2D rig using deformers.
To achieve the characteristic lightsaber effect, I made use of node systems and layered effects, allowing for a stylized yet readable glow animation. Throughout the process, I applied basic animation principles and worked with animation curves to enhance timing, spacing, and weight, giving the character more personality and presence on screen.
Audio Recording & Editing
The villain’s voice was recorded and edited using Audacity, where I applied filters and effects to replicate the iconic tone of the Star Wars antagonist, adding authenticity and humor to the parody.

This project was created using Toon Boom Harmony, where I built the rig, animated the character, and applied effects such as the lightsaber glow
